Payment Policy

Effective date: 29 July 2026

This Payment Policy applies to all purchases of CCTV cameras, recorders, accessories, installation, and related services from United Black Cats Pvt Ltd (“Black Cats®”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment methods, subject to availability and confirmation at the time of order:

  • Bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
  • UPI and approved digital payment apps
  • Credit and debit cards (where payment gateway is enabled)
  • Cash payments at our office or against official receipt on approved orders
  • Cheque (subject to clearance before delivery or installation, where applicable)
2. Quotation and order confirmation

All prices are shared through written quotations, invoices, or order confirmations. An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge receipt of the agreed advance or full payment terms as stated in your quotation.

3. Advance and milestone payments

For supply-only orders, we may require full payment or an agreed advance before dispatch. For supply and installation projects, payments may be structured as:

  • Advance to confirm the order and reserve materials
  • Progress payment before or on the day of installation
  • Final balance upon completion and customer sign-off
4. Taxes and charges

Quoted prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Any additional site-specific costs—such as cabling beyond the agreed scope, civil work, lifts, or special mounting—will be communicated and approved before billing.

5. Invoicing

Tax invoices will be issued in the name and GST details provided by the customer. Please verify billing details before payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect billing information supplied by the customer.

6. Payment disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving the invoice with your order reference and supporting details. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.

7. Failed or reversed payments

Orders may be held or cancelled if a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed without valid reason. We reserve the right to suspend service until outstanding amounts are settled.
